Refunds/cancel order: There is non a Cancelled Fee if placing an order . This is not our request or policy but, our bank.   All sales are final so please remember this when placing an order. Returns will not be accepted unless there is an error in packaging. Please contact us for any inquires regarding our Return Policy & Acceptance: The customer will be deemed to have received, inspected and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice of any alleged damage or shortage is received by Tabby Wabby Ribbons 4 Bows of any goods supplied within 14 days from the date of shipping. The invoice or receipt in respect of the goods or products will be sent by mail (or included with the shipment) to TabbyWabbbyRibbon4Bows as soon as practical after the dispatch of the goods.No refund or credit of goods or amount will be given after 14 days. With out you requesting insurance on any package we will not refund or replace items due to postal service damage. If you recieve a damaged package we suggest you take a picture before & after opening for USPS proof of damage with your address showing but, TabbyWabbyRibbons4Bows will not be respondsable.

Packaging:We double plastic bag and use heavy duty tape on all packages and use tear proof packages or boxs for best results. In all the years of shipping we have never had a package open before arrival to your door.=0)

*If you feel you have recieved a wrong item or an item is damaged in your shipment please take a picture of the wrong item or an item that may be damaged set it on top of the address label with date showing on the package it was shipped in or the invoice to show our mistake & your address. If you do not have either of these we can not fix the problem. We are not respondsable for loss or damage items due to shipping / UPS,USPS unless insurance is paid for at time of shipping. UPS & USPS will attach a sticker if damage package is recieved also include this picture with your email. We want every customer to be happy and will work with you. If you would like insurance please request it in your notes at time of ordering.

Shipping Info: The USPS average shipping time for First Class Packages is 2 to 10 days. The average shipping time for Priority Mail is 2 to 5 days.
